We strive to dispatch all printed material as per planned publication dates. Delivery timelines may differ, however, depending on location, courier services, and outside circumstances.
Renomate India Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to printing issues, shipping delays, customs clearance, or local disruptions.
The cost and logistics of shipping are the responsibility of the publisher unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients will be informed of dispatch details where applicable.
While we take utmost care in handling and shipping materials, we are not responsible for any loss or damage occurring in transit.
Advertisers' materials will be retained for one calendar year after publication. Unclaimed materials will be destroyed or reused unless retrieval is requested in advance.
A low-resolution proof will be provided for ads designed by us. Advertisers are responsible for reviewing and approving corrections by the given deadline. Failure to do so implies acceptance of the proof.
If ad materials are not submitted by the deadline, the previous advertisement may be repeated, or a full space charge may apply.
Advertisement rates are subject to change without prior notice. Cancellations or modifications made within one month of publication may not be honored.
